Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market share.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.

  • Strong social media presence 


Qualifications:



  • Proven track record of successful business development in the Software industry especially SaaS products.

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Strong communication, social media, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
