Key Responsibilities:

• Learning and Training: Engage in immersive training sessions to understand the principles of creating effective Facebook ads that drive conversions.


• Campaign Creation: Assist in the development and execution of Facebook advertising campaigns, including ad creation, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.


• Performance Analysis: Analyze ad campaign data, decipher key metrics, and derive insights to optimize campaign performance.


• Creative Input: Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.


• Ad Testing: Participate in A/B testing to refine ad content, headlines, and strategies for maximum impact.


• Competitive Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' Facebook advertising strategies to help us remain competitive.


• Data-Driven Decisions: Learn to make informed decisions based on data analysis and contribute ideas for campaign improvement.

Qualifications:

• Passion for digital marketing, especially Facebook advertising, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data.


• Creativity and a knack for generating innovative ideas.
