Job Responsibilities:



  • Liaise with customers, as well as internal personnel and the sales team.

  • Adhere to credit collection policies and procedures.

  • Create procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining high-level customer retention.

  • Utilize SAP for invoice retrieval and client data.

  • Highlight customers' problems to Sales Support Management.

  • Resolving customer queries and issues.

  • Solve problems regarding incorrect payments.

  • Assist the sales/marketing team by overseeing the credit assessment of new customers.

  • Liaise with other departments (sales, customer services, etc).

  • Maintain customer records accurately. 


Job Requirements: 



  • Minimum of 3 (Three) years experience in a similar role with FCMG  

  • BSc in Social sciences or related courses  

  • Communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Ability to cope and produce results under pressure.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Proficient with SAP and the MS Office suite.

  • Ability to understand Nigerian culture.

  • Flexibility.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Leadership skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Decision-making skills
