Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sangotedo, Ajah Lagos for a Content and Marketing Executive. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating, planning and implementing content marketing strategies to drive the company's brand awareness as well as developing and executing marketing campaigns. The Content and Marketing Executive will also be responsible for conducting market research, creating engaging content, overseeing social media content and graphics, and developing communication plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field


• 2+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or related field


• Excellent communication and writing skills


• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management


• Ability to work in a team environment with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills


• Innovative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a high-pressure environment


• Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and Google Analytics


• Experience in graphic design is a plus


• Experience in real estate industry is a plus
