• The General Manager oversees operations and potentially human resources, finance, and business development.


• You are to efficiently communicate company goals and visions, delegate responsibilities, and collaborate across a wide range of departments in achieving these goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategic plans for business growth and optimized productivity in operations.


• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement.


• You also second as compliance to uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality.


• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.


• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.


• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives.


• Developing marketing and sales targets and frameworks.


• Oversee daily operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring completion while accomplishing your own goals.


• Ensure strict compliance with the quality of products/services as well as company ground rules.

Requirements
