Job Description



  • The Administrative Officer will be responsible for all general office administration and project construction.

  • Negotiating with vendors and procurement.

  • Develop and maintain a filing system for the plant administration.

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.

  • Provide general support to visitors.

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Arrangement of Meetings (Internal Meeting / Training Committee).


Requirements



  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration and Social Sciences.

  • 2-3 years of experience.

  • 22-30 years of age.

  • Preferably a male.

  • Candidates should reside in Sagamu, Mowe and Abeokuta.

  • Proficiency in Ms-word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional MS Office skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Teamwork - Ability to work together in a team.

  • Time Management skills.
