Job Description

• Providing excellent wait service to ensure customer satisfaction


• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons


• Greet and escort customers to their tables,take their orders and delivering food and beverages


• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)


• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses,Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning


• Inform customers about the day’s specials and offer menu recommendations upon request


• Up-sell additional products when appropriate


• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization


• Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages


• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff and follow through on delivery


• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems


• Deliver checks and collect bill payments and direct credit to the


• Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)


• Follow all relevant health department regulations

Requirements

• Applicant should have a minimum of SSCE Qualification


• Good Communication skill and attentive to details


• Good Appearance and employee shall be requireto wear white shirt and black trouser//Skirt.

Condition

• Dress Code: White Shirt on Black pant/skirt


• Salary is paid on 5th of new month into employee account


• Employee is entitle to shifting on weekend


• Clinic is available for treatment


• Time of resumption is 7am-6pm


• Employee is entitle to one mean per day


• Two days off-work.
