Description



  • Ensuring that the facility is well-maintained, including routine inspections, repairs; plumbing electrical, and coordinating with contractors.

  • Developing and managing budgets for facility operations, striving to optimize costs while maintaining quality.

  • Implementing security measures to protect the facility and its occupants, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

  • Efficiently allocating and managing space within the facility, including office layouts, seating arrangements, parking, and storage.

  • Supervising, and negotiating contracts with service providers, such as janitorial and maintenance teams.

  • Promoting energy-efficient and environmentally responsible practices within the facility.

  • Developing and implementing emergency plans and procedures, including evacuation plans and disaster recovery.

  • Ensuring that the facility complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes and environmental standards.

  • Implementing and managing technology systems, such as HVAC, security, and access control.

  • Supervising facility staff, including maintenance workers, security personnel, and administrative staff.

  • Providing regular reports to management on facility performance, maintenance activities, and budget status.

  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including employees, and management, to address their needs and concerns.


Qualifications



  • A minimum of first degree in Business Management or any related discipline.

  • A Master’s degree or membership in a professional body as a Facility Management Professional (FMP) or Certified Facilities Manager (CFM).

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of working experience in a similar role
