Job Description:

As a Senior External Auditor at Vitalvida, you will lead the auditing efforts to safeguard our inventory, verify financial transactions, and ensure compliance with established processes—all from the comfort of your remote workspace. You will be responsible for conducting video time stamp audits and overseeing payment reconciliation to provide accurate and actionable insights to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Safeguard: Implement auditing procedures to safeguard our inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.


• Video Time Stamp Audits: Ask for video proof of inventory with timestamp from Delivery agents and supply chain manager


• Payment Reconciliation: Oversee comprehensive payment reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Financial Audits: Perform financial audits to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, identifying areas for improvement.


• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline auditing processes, enhance efficiency, and improve financial reporting.


• Compliance: Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.


• Reporting: Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Audit Expertise: Extensive experience in external auditing, including a strong background in inventory auditing and payment reconciliation.


• Inventory Management: Proficiency in auditing inventory processes and controls to ensure accurate reporting.


• Video Time Stamp Auditing: Familiarity with video time stamp auditing techniques and software.


• Payment Reconciliation: In-depth knowledge of payment reconciliation methods and best practices.


• Financial Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and identify discrepancies.


• Certification: Professional auditing certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is highly preferred.


• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant auditing standards and regulations.
