Job Description:

As a Delivery and Payment Monitoring Officer specializing in Payment Reconciliation, you will be responsible for verifying and reconciling payments made by our delivery agents for orders delivered to customers with our company's bank statements. Your role is essential in maintaining transparency, accuracy, and financial compliance within the organization. This position may be based either in our office or as a remote role, depending on your location.

Responsibilities:

• Payment Verification: Verify payments made by delivery agents for orders delivered to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.


• Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payment data with the company's bank statements to ensure consistency and accuracy, utilizing Google Sheets, including formulas and functions, for precise calculations.


• Delivery Coordination: Ensure that customer orders are delivered on time as specified in the operating procedure.


• Operational Challenges: Identify and escalate operational challenges that may affect delivery targets.


• Delivery Agents' Work Schedules: Develop, coordinate, and communicate efficient delivery agents' work schedules to all outlets and delivery agents.


• Query Resolution: Respond to queries and complaints from OP, delivery agents, and delivery groups on time.


• Delivery Charge Reports: Collate and reconcile delivery agents' delivery charge reports daily using order delivery software.


• Issue Reporting: Report issues with delivery charges and delivery locations for review.


• Delivery Agents' Conduct: Escalate issues of delivery agents' misconduct and unethical behavior.


• Contact Center Liaison: Liaise with the contact center team for prompt communication.


• Compliance: Ensure compliance with laid-down processes and procedures for both order processors and delivery agents and escalate noncompliance to the logistics team and/or the contact center management.


• Monitoring Reports: Generate and send delivery monitoring reports daily.

Qualifications:

• Payment Reconciliation Experience: Proven experience in payment reconciliation roles, with a strong understanding of financial processes.


• High Proficiency in Google Sheets: Demonstrated expertise in using Google Sheets for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting, including proficiency in utilizing formulas and functions for accurate calculations.


• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying and reconciling payment information.


• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.


• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze payment data and reconcile discrepancies.


• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve payment reconciliation issues efficiently.


• Organization: Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate payment records and reconcile bank statements.


• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with delivery agents, finance teams, and external partners.


• Integrity: High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining payment transparency and financial compliance.

• Previous Banking Experience: Prior experience in banking or financial institutions is a plus.
