As an Experienced eCommerce Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our customers on Facebook, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience. - Order Support: Assist customers with order-related inquiries, including tracking shipments and processing returns or exchanges.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback on Facebook with professionalism and empathy.
- Promotions: Promote our products and special offers to Facebook followers.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent our brand positively and maintain a consistent brand voice in interactions on Facebook.
- Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback and insights from Facebook to improve our products and services.

Qualifications:
- eCommerce Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role with a focus on managing customer inquiries, comments, and messages on Facebook.
