JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Production Manager, you will:

• Supervise the production and packaging of dried cassava chips.


• Supervise the packaging of soybean grain and sorghum grain.


• Supervise the production and packaging of organic cassava leaves powder.


• Supervise the production and packaging of cocoa butter (small scale as sample for international buyers)


• Supervise the production and packaging of soy butter (small scale as sample for international buyers)


• Packaging of above products for the local and export markets


• Supervise the packaging of value-added products cultivated under greenhouses or special conditions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A suitable candidate must possess;

• Minimum 3yrs proven experience as production process management


• Deep knowledge of production management


• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations


• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts


• Experience in reporting on key production metrics


• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software


• Outstanding communication ability


• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills


• Attention to detail


• Hands on technical experience in production facilities


• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach


• Minimum BSc/HND in Engineering (preferably Production, Agricultural, Mechanical), Operations Management, Food Technology
