Job Brief



  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Head to lead our B2B corporate education business in the Nigeria region.

  • The candidate should have a deep understanding of leadership development programs, capability development programs, and technical training programs.

  • The Corporate Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base within the Nigeria region

  • Identify and target key corporate clients for business development opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networking to generate leads.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to showcase the value of our corporate education programs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and delivery, to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our corporate education offerings.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 6 yrs+ experience in the corporate education business.

  • Proven track record of successfully selling leadership development programs, capability development programs, and technical training programs.

  • Strong understanding of the corporate education landscape, including market trends and client needs.

  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.

  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.

  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team, including setting goals, providing coaching, and driving performance.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our corporate education programs to clients.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
