Job Description

• Our client is seeking a seasoned and visionary General Manager to join their team and lead the business into its next phase of growth.


• As General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s strategic plan, managing their day-to-day operations, and leading the team to achieve their set goals.


• As the GM, you will act as a scaled-down CEO and be instrumental in shaping the company's future. You will need to be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for kid's clothing, as well as an adept leader and team builder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives.


• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure that all departments work efficiently and effectively.


• Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees.


• Oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.


• Manage employee performance and resolve conflicts.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Represent the company to the public and to external stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in a general management role.


• Passion for kids' clothing and accessories.


• Strong financial management and analytical skills.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Passion for innovation and change.


• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
