Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure that all departments work efficiently and effectively.

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees.

  • Oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Requirements



  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a general management role.
