As an intern, you will work closely with the Team lead supervisor, who will provide you with specific projects and daily tasks. Interns will be able to apply classroom based knowledge to real life and gain essential skills needed to be career ready. Bitsin Travels and Tours Limited is dedicated to developing successful leaders, and we strive to make this internship as realistic and informative as possible.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and client prospecting.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Conducting market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Participating in industry events and conferences to represent the company and establish new partnerships.
- Sending comprehensive report daily, weekly and monthly.
- Sending detailed itinerary daily, weekly and monthly.
- Achieve monthly allocated sales target.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Fresh graduates (BSC & HND holders), OND graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar field are strongly advised to apply.
- Relevant IT skills,
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach.
- Keen interest in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc.).
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Ability to sell value and create credibility.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to meet monthly sales target.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
- Applicants who are residents in Magodo, Ketu, Alapere, Shangisha and environs will be strongly considered.
PAY & BENEFITS STRUCTURE
- Base pay (N50,000 – N80,000)
- Successful graduate interns would be given full time contract.
