Job Summary


Manage the sales process including contract execution, evacuation, shipment, insurance, confirmation of delivery at POD, invoicing, posting and reconciliation.


Responsibilities



  • Contract Management

  • Raising of sales order contracts and posting on ERP

  • Liaising with offtakers, external inspectors, shipping lines and other offtakers’ representatives

  • Receiving and recording evacuation 

  • Contract costing and profitability analysis

  • Contract fixation management

  • Reconciliation of loaded weight and landed wight at POD

  • Invoicing generation against shipping documents

  • Receivable Management

  • Market trend analysis and report

  • Monitoring and recording the evacuation of cocoa from the warehouse to our off-takers designated warehouse

  • Report on the number of contracts left to be supplied and outstanding on already executed contracts.


Requirements



  • Minimum of Higher National Diploma/bachelor’s degree in accounting or other management courses .

  • Proven minimum of four years’ experience export sales operations.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages especially Excel

  • Knowledge of data analysis is an added advantage
