Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions.
Ensure high standards of customer service by training and developing staff and addressing customer feedback and concerns.
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary goals.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 5 - 9 years work experience.
Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in a similar role.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
