Position Overview



  • As a Restaurant Manager at our Restaurant,you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our restaurant.

  • You will lead a team of dedicated staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure that our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy exceptional cuisine.

  • Your leadership will play a pivotal role in maintaining our restaurant's reputation for excellence.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and inspire the restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service by training and developing staff and addressing customer feedback and concerns.

  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary goals.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.

  • Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain guests.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as financial reporting and performance analysis.


Qualifications



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 5 - 9 years work experience.

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in a similar role.

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create memorable guest experiences.

  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

  • Proficiency in restaurant management software.

  • Food safety certification is a plus.
