JOB DESCRIPTION: 

As Junior Agronomist, you will be under direct supervision of the Head of Unit 2:

• You will monitor the quality of crops under cultivation.


• You will provide daily problem-solving on the field under the supervision of your manager.


• You will supervise the work of our field workers.


• You will work on the missions assigned by your manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A suitable candidate must possess;

• Bsc/HND in agronomy, agriculture, biotechnology or a related field.


• 1-3yrs proven cognate experience


• Ability to work outside, stand, walk, kneel, and stoop for extended periods.


• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and diagnostic scientific software.


• Exceptional active listening and verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong research, decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.


• Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments.


• Research and presentation skills.
