Role Overview:


We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales and Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee our day-to-day activities, ensuring that all goods reach our customers promptly, and inventory is meticulously accounted for. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our customers.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Monitor and manage day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery of orders.

  2. Track inventory using our ERP system to prevent potential theft and discrepancies.

  3. Guarantee that all customer orders are delivered within a 24-hour timeframe.

  4. Ensure remittance processes are swift, with all payments made within a 24-hour window.

  5. Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to optimize operations and address any challenges.

  6. Produce regular reports on operations metrics and suggest improvements.

  7. Address and resolve any customer-related issues regarding delivery or remittance.

  8. Train and mentor staff on best practices to ensure operational excellence.

  9. Assist in developing strategies and procedures that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Requirements:



  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in sales and operations, preferably in a similar role.

  3. Strong proficiency with ERP systems.

  4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  6. Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive mindset.

  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
