Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales and Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee our day-to-day activities, ensuring that all goods reach our customers promptly, and inventory is meticulously accounted for. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Track inventory using our ERP system to prevent potential theft and discrepancies.
- Guarantee that all customer orders are delivered within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Ensure remittance processes are swift, with all payments made within a 24-hour window.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to optimize operations and address any challenges.
- Produce regular reports on operations metrics and suggest improvements.
- Address and resolve any customer-related issues regarding delivery or remittance.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Assist in developing strategies and procedures that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
