Job Summary



  • The Operations Executive will direct and manage the Operations department to oversee all projects, internal and external procedures, develop strategies to optimize daily operations, perform assessments and evaluations, set guidelines and objectives, handle budgets, and delegate tasks among operations team members.

  • Responsible for the planning of projects execution and ensuring timelines are met

  • Maintain a regularly scheduled cleaning program and a detailed checklist for each client's needs.

  • Direct the maintenance and control of all equipment and machines.

  • Coordinate monthly materials and cleaning supplies to each client on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Coordinate daily inspections of client facilities and manage all work orders and assignments of the operations team; Follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion


Job Requirements



  • HND / B.Sc qualification.

  • At least 2 years of progressive experience driving with a driver licence.

  • Supervisory experience is required.

  • Project Management Skills

  • Must be a quick learner in handling operations and scheduling systems.

  • Male applicants only

  • Proven track record of operating independently and demonstrating high level of creativity.

  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize crucial information to deliver to key stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing teams across multiple locations/time zones while managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience in project tracking and managing deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and clients in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.

  • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and clients.

  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards, as required by scheduling, which may vary according to the needs of the business.

  • Comply with regulations to encourage safe and efficient company operations.

  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
