Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise installation projects from start to finish.


• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.


• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all stages of the project.


• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.


• Provide on-site leadership and guidance to installation teams.


• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project and implement solutions.


• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.


• Proven experience in project supervision or management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.


• Strong understanding of SPC and WPC flooring installation, as well as wall cladding.


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.


• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.


• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive mindset.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.


• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
