Location: remote + 2 days in Yaba office

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.


2. Coordinate with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to streamline operations.


3. Train, mentor, and guide fulfillment team members, ensuring peak performance and adherence to company standards.


4. Analyze and report on fulfillment metrics, suggesting process improvements when necessary.


5. Handle any customer or internal issues related to order dispatch and delivery.


6. Stay updated on fulfillment technologies and methodologies to keep our operations at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5years experience in order fulfillment or a related field.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.


• Proficient in [specific software/tools related to order fulfillment].


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
