Job Description
Location: remote + 2 days in Yaba office
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to streamline operations.
- Train, mentor, and guide fulfillment team members, ensuring peak performance and adherence to company standards.
- Analyze and report on fulfillment metrics, suggesting process improvements when necessary.
- Handle any customer or internal issues related to order dispatch and delivery.
- Stay updated on fulfillment technologies and methodologies to keep our operations at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5years experience in order fulfillment or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
