Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the region to achieve set targets and objectives by analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Cultivate and maintain strong Customer relationships with existing and potential customers within the region. Oversee key account management to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures and coordinate with internal departments to streamline sales processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all sales activities.
Generate accurate and timely sales reports to track progress, evaluate results, and present to senior management.
Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management within the banking or financial services industry.
