Role Overview



  • As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth within the designated region.

  • You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.


Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the region to achieve set targets and objectives by analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong Customer relationships with existing and potential customers within the region. Oversee key account management to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures and coordinate with internal departments to streamline sales processes and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all sales activities.

  • Generate accurate and timely sales reports to track progress, evaluate results, and present to senior management.

  • Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales management within the banking or financial services industry.

  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in sales software and CRM systems.

  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
