Job Description



  • Receive Visitors, and incoming memos/mails and take notes during meetings.

  • Filing/Archiving

  • Management of petty cash operation

  • Administration of Events/programs

  • Inventory Management

  • Travel Management

  • Office cleaners Management


Qualifications / Experience:



  • A University Degree or its equivalent in Social / Behavioral / Medical / Sciences or a related field of study

  • A minimum of one year of working experience post-NYSC

  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.

  • Knowledge of office management.

  • Ability to document and maintain information on program management.

  • Excellent MS Office skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
