Job Duties

• Receive and inspect all incoming goods and ensure they are of the correct quality and quantity.


• Supervising the loading/offloading of goods


• Identification of excesses or shortages in goods supplied


• Maintenance of the Warehouse


• Plan warehouse layout and space requirements to prevent loss/theft or damage and to achieve complete warehouse optimization.


• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock availability.


• Conduct regular stock checks and prepare reports on inventory levels and movements.


• Follow all relevant operational procedures and ensure that store activities are carried out in a consistent manner.


• Stock card management (Recordkeeping)

Job Requirements

• HND / BSc. in a relevant field.


• Minimum of 3 years experience as a storekeeper


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Attentive to details


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
