JOB DESCRIPTION

• Adhere to policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and KPIs.


• Assist the Operations Manager to ensure individual and team productivity goals are met.


• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.


• Analyze daily project reports to identify opportunities for improvement and report to management.


• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective manner.


• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.


• Create, develop and implement strategic and operational objectives.


• Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity, reduce cost, and eliminate errors.


• Work with management team to develop sustainable strategic initiatives.


• Support the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.


• Proven experience as an Operations Personnel in the Oil and Gas sector.


• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.


• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.


• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.


• Ability to meet deadlines.


• Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
