Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will drive the actualisation/achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and revenue targets for the organisation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for helping the organization obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
- Coordinate all marketing activities and drive sales.
- Responsible for ideas, activities, and initiatives within the business development team with the goal of making the business better.
- Prepare monthly projections at the beginning of the month with forcasted sales volume.
- Drive the actualisation/achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and revenue targets for the organisation.
- Identify new local, regional and international market opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
- Prepare well tailored business documentation (i.e., proposals, pitch decks, one-pagers MOUs, contracts e.t.c.) to drive actualisation of overall business goals and objectives.
- Improve existing service/product lines and develop new ones.
- Employ proven strategies to promote and maiantain strategic engagments with existing and new clients/stakeholders.
- Develop and drive the implementation/execution of both offline and online marketing plans and activities.
- Analyse statistical data from organisational activities to proffer insightful improvement steps to be undertaken towards achievement of orginational goals.
- Oversee all activities of the entire team to ensure excellence and professionalism in the delivery of all our services.
- Periodically review all marketing/communication assets and material offline/online to ensure communications are clear, concise and convincing.
- Prepare and present monthly marketing sales report to management for decision making.
- Participate in all strategic business meetings and events for brand exposure and to acquire new prospects.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales, marketing or related field or a related field.
- MBA in business, marketing or related field.
- Demonstrated work experience in the medical industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Attainment of pre-set sales targets.
- Number of inbound sales inquiries via phone calls, emails, texts e.t.c.
- Number of outgoing proposals.
- Improvement in the quality of business documentations and sales materials.
