Job Overview:

• As a Supply Chain Director at OneHealth, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our supply chain strategy.


• You will lead a team of supply chain professionals and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective management of our pharmaceutical products from procurement to distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with company goals.


• Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement.

Procurement and Supplier Management

• Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and establish strong supplier relationships.


• Ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of pharmaceutical products.

Inventory Management

• Develop inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and minimize wastage.


• Implement demand forecasting and planning to meet customer demands efficiently.

Distribution and Logistics

• Manage distribution networks, optimize transportation, and warehousing for timely order fulfillment.


• Collaborate with logistics partners to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to meet pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.


• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and documentation.

Process Optimization

• Continuously review and enhance supply chain processes, including order processing, shipping, and returns.


• Implement best practices to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


• Set clear objectives, manage performance, and facilitate team growth.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop robust mitigation strategies.


• Establish contingency plans to address disruptions or emergencies.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.


• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.


• Significant experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.


• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.


• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.


• Proficiency in supply chain management software and analytical tools.


• Proven ability to solve complex problems and drive process improvements.
