This is a full-time on-site Receptionist/ administrative officer role located in Akure.
As a Receptionist/administrative officer at Hux Ventures, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and you'll undertake receptionist and administrative duties.
You will work closely with other teams within Hux Ventures to ensure effective communication and smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with people at all levels.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in providing excellent customer service, both in person and on the phone
Proven experience in managing and maintaining a reception area, including meeting and greeting clients/visitors, answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining the general upkeep of the office.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
