About the role:


The Easy Buy Training Manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure Field staff and Office Based staff acquire the knowledge on products, processes and tools required for a proper execution of their work, through Training, Upskilling, Coaching and Constant reminders.


What you would be expected to do



  • Overseeing, planning, and delivering training to Energy Officers and Field staff to ensure proper comprehension of tools and processes.

  • Planning and delivering training for office-based role staff as advised.

  • Spearheading the training and implementation of new pilots, process, and products to the field teams.

  • Ensure the administration of the Litmos users for agents, field and staff is up to date.

  • Develop impactful content to drive continuous learning for the staff and agents.

  • Provide adequate information on issues encountered in the field while using the tools.

  • Customer experience audit- Coordinating with the field trainers to observe and audit the implementation customer processes and provide feedback to the stakeholders.

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects related to field activities of EOs or field staff when required.

  • Ensure digital content deployment uptake and development.

  • Monitoring and enforcing usage of training tracking app, setting targets for the field trainers and increase trainers’ performance and content quality based on automated feedback.

  • Keep up to date content material with weekly reviews.

  • Work with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of new business initiatives.

  • Mentoring and managing the execution and planning of field trainers to ensure the success of transferring knowledge to the field-based staff.

  • Coordinating and planning monthly training activities.


You might be a strong candidate if you



  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution.

  • Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing; Customer Service Management.

  • Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in a similar capacity.

  • Experience working with learning management systems.
