Job Description

HR Manager will be responsible for:

• Conducting recruitment.


• Ensuring adequacy of human capital to support the business strategy in line with the policy of the organization.


• Ensuring effective performance management process.


• Coordinating branch work process and performance.


• Maintaining positive and regular liaison with government agencies and;

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• First Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management / Law or any related discipline.

Experience:

• 7 years previous experience as HR Manager in an organized firm.

Skills and Competency:

• Proficient computer skills, including ability to prepare spreadsheet.


• High leadership skill with emphasis on teamwork and productivity.


• Ability to communicate effectively with all level staff.
