The Graduate Training Programme is open to graduates in the following fields:

• Mechanical Engineering


• Electrical Engineering


• Business Administration


• Accounting


• Logistics and Supply Chain Management

The GTP is an intensive period of classroom learning and on-the-job training to prepare the participants for full time positions in the Organisation. The programme is open to fresh graduates with no prior work experience, however with a demonstrable passion to learn and kickstart their careers in their various fields. The programme is also open to OND graduates in the above mentioned fields.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/B.Sc from a recognised institution of higher learning.


• Must be a passionate learner.


• Must possess a demonstrable passion to start and nurture a career in the organisation.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.


• Ability to use computer systems, especially Microsoft Suite and other relevant software applications.


• HND/B.Sc holders applying to the GTP must have completed their NYSC.
