Job Description

• Our Client is in search of a Senior Graphics Designer with over 5 years of experience who possesses strong creative, design, and graphics skills with a vast portfolio of brands managed.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing designs, including but not limited to marketing collateral, advertisements, social media content, website assets, and more.


• Ensure the consistency and integrity of our brand across all design materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and expand brand guidelines.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project goals and objectives.


• Provide art direction and guidance to junior designers and freelancers when necessary, ensuring high-quality deliverables.


• Create storyboards, wireframes, and mockups to convey Enhance and retouch images as needed for various projects, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.


• Oversee the preparation of print-ready materials, ensuring they meet industry standards and are ready for production.


• Keep abreast of industry trends, design software, and tools, and implement best practices to continuously improve design processes and output.


• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are utilized efficiently.


• Welcome and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of HND / B.Sc Degrees in related fields with 5+ years relevant work experience in branding and designs


• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.


• A portfolio showing a comprehensive list and active links to high quality graphics created


• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.


• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.


• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, photoshop.).


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
