Responsibilities:



  • Utilize established relationships and connections to connect entrepreneurs' products with buyers in foreign markets by identifying, researching, and evaluating potential market stores, retail outlets, and distributors, ensuring direct access to buyers in the foreign market

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with foreign market partners, buyers, and distributors, negotiating terms and agreements that are beneficial to our entrepreneurs.

  • Collaborate with entrepreneurs to develop market entry and distribution strategies, including pricing, promotion, and product placement.

  • Offer expert guidance and support to entrepreneurs in overcoming challenges related to international market access and distribution.

  • Assist entrepreneurs in the export sales process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and providing solutions for logistics.

  • Develop training programs and resources to educate entrepreneurs on effective sales and distribution strategies in foreign markets.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and progress of entrepreneurs in international markets, collecting feedback and data for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, international business, or a related field.

  • Must already have access to buyers in the foreign market

  • Proven track record in international sales and distribution across different countries.

  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and market dynamics.

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.

  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse entrepreneurs.
