We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and diligent Headteacher to direct the affairs of our school. The Headteacher is expected to ensure the smooth running of the school and implement actionable and result-oriented techniques to improve the well-being of the school.

About The School:

The school is a reputable nursery and primary school located at Ikosi, Ketu, Lagos.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the database of all the members of staff and every pupil of the school.


• Develop and maintain school policies and rules.


• Implement an achievable work-life balance amongst the staff.


• Manage the performance appraisal of all staff and implement techniques to bridge any skill gap by recommending the necessary training for any teacher in need of it.


• Maintain cordial relationship with the parents of the pupils.


• Develop and implement strategies to aid the growth of the school.


• Develop creative and responsive approaches to teaching and learning.


• Supervise every activity in the school.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/ B.ed in related field.


• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.


• Effective verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to function efficiently under pressure.


• Great interpersonal skills.


• Proven experience as a teacher.

Candidates should live within Ketu/ Mile 12 Axis.
