  • We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic Commission-Based Marketers to join our team. As a Commission-Based Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our bus booking services, expanding our customer base, and contributing to the company's growth, all while earning competitive commissions.


Responsibilities



  • Sales and Business Development: Identify potential customers and businesses that could benefit from our bus booking services. Reach out to them and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

  • Customer Acquisition: Generate leads and convert them into paying customers through various sales and marketing channels.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales Targets: Work to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and acquisition, which may include social media promotion, email marketing, and content sharing.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competition to adapt your approach and recommendations accordingly.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our bus booking services and updates to effectively address customer inquiries.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on your sales activities, progress, and achievements.


Qualifications



  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
