The Position

Roche Products Limited Lagos, Nigeria is recruiting for the medical coordinator role. This role will assist the medical / affiliate with coordination of internal projects such as events, meetings etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Support logistics  for medical activities  such as events, congress and meeting


• Ensure compliance of approval process within the affiliate 


• Follow up with finance department for HCP / HCO payment reconciliation.


• Ensure good documentation process with medical activities/ events document.


• Internal coordination: update travel/ leave planner, internal meeting organization including logistics and meeting minutes, internal communication for medical department and coordinate HCPs attendance to congress, ensure contracts are signed


• Continuously improve process flows


• Collaborate with other function where applicable.

An ideal candidate must have the following:       

• Education: Bachelor in Science (Bsc) in any field


• 1-3 years working experience


• Proficient in English  


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Good documentation practice


• Takes initiative and able to learn quickly


• Good team player and ability to engage with anyone in the organization


• Proficient with MS ( Excel, Word and Power point). Ability to use G-suite (Google sheets, slides and document) is an added advantage

Job type - 2-year Fixed term contract.
