- Our client is urgently seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily office administration
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Education, Qualifications & Experience
- A Degree in Arts or a Business related course
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in related position
Others:
- Preferred candidate must be a male
- He must beready to be interviewed immediately and eventually reside in Onitsha if successful
