Description



  • Our client is urgently seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director.


Main Duties and Responsibilities



  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars

  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages

  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings

  • Help with daily office administration

  • Run errands as requested

  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation

  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements

  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters


Education, Qualifications & Experience



  • A Degree in Arts or a Business related course

  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in related position


Others:



  • Preferred candidate must be a male

  • He must beready to be interviewed immediately and eventually reside in Onitsha if successful
