- Provide administrative support to the health, safety and environment department.
- Assist the Senior HSE Coordinator with Safety monitoring activities.
- Follow the schedules of HSE activities: training, internal and external audit, internal / external inspection, HSE Management Review, etc.
- Update of Safety performance and compliance indicators.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Hazard Assessments and Safe Work Practices Assist with Investigations and Root Cause Analysis and the implementation corrective actions
- Work with Vendors and order specialty safety supplies when required
- Attend H&S training sessions as needed
- Any other related tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HSE field and as administrative assistant (required).
- B.sc in environmental science or related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal personal relation
- Knowledge of Micro soft Offices e.g. MS Word, MS Excel.
- Must be a good team player.
- Self-motivated with a result driven approach, Problem- solving skill.
