Job Summary



  • We are looking to hire an ambitious, resourceful and creative analytical thinker as a Marketing Executive.

  • The role will involve being a devoted brand advocate for SKIN101 Center.

  • They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish market strategy, be proactive and skilled in identifying our target audience, and devising the best marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

  • They should be able to analyze and evaluate the marketing process.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, targeting specific customer segments within the beauty industry.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, using data driven insight to optimize market strategy.

  • Promote the products and services of the companies by developing successful online and offline marketing strategies.

  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns to attract new customers.

  • Collaborate with the sales and product team to understand customer feedback and integrate it into marketing strategies and product development.

  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Track sales and product performance in order to predict and analyse customer needs

  • Developing and managing the marketing budget.


Requirements and Qualification:



  • Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business Development or any relevant field.

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Marketing tools, SEO, email marketing and marketing automation.

  • Genuine interest and familiarity with the beauty industry.

  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Customer-centric and result-oriented.

  • Sales driven and a strong business acumen.

  • Excellent inter-Personal skills.
