Educational Background
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, social sciences or a related field is desired.
- Bachelor’s Degree in other disciplines combined with experience in Human Resources is also acceptable.
- A Master’s Degree in a related field is an added advantage.
- Professional Qualifications in Human Resources is essential.
Basic / Fundamental Requirements:
- Candidate (Nigerian/local) should be a minimum of 43 years of age with not less than 14 years overall experience in Human Resources.
- Candidate must be highly organized and very productive.
- Be an excellent team player, able to work cohesively and support other colleagues in the day to day running of the department.
- Excellent communication skills, able to pass information clearly and effectively and in a non-controversial way.
- Excellent problem solving skills. Able to think outside the box to resolve challenging situations and circumstances.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
- The ideal candidate must be very adaptable to unique organizational structures and cultures.
- Candidate must be proactive and a goal getter who takes ownership without supervision.
- Candidates should have the character, temperament, resilience and work ethics required for top level professionals.
- Candidates should be fully committed professional leaders and self-starters.
