Description 

• We are looking for an experienced and passionate store officer to join our team.


• As a store officer the warehouse/ inventory unit of Kuddy Cosmetics you are expected to keeps track of the goods and supplies in the store, manage orders to facilitate sales. your duties include counting the number of product available, picking and arranging orders, and cleaning and placing orders for more inventory according to demand.

Responsibilities

• Prompt requisition of products on assigned shelves and ensuring minimal occurrence of stock out i.e. unavailability of products on the shelves.


• Prompt identification of damaged and products close to expiration on assigned shelves.


• Picking invoices for branches and customers in a timely and efficient manner.


• Ensuring the store and products are neat at all times for a conducive work environment.


• Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records, Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count


• Ensuring products on shelves are well arranged and in great condition at all times


• Ensure all new products received from the warehouse are shelved, pay attention to details to ensure no damage or shortages.


• Pick and deliver stock orders from branches and customers on a timely basis, and ensure all packing list is sent to the appropriate personnel


• Assist in receiving major shipments of major consignments (containers) as needed.


• Additional duties as needed in the inventory/warehouse team.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 2 years work experience.
