Job Description:

• As the Head of Accounts and Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the long-term financial health success of the company by ensuring that it is operating in a financially sound manner.


• You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, leading a team of finance professionals, and partnering with senior management to make strategic financial decisions.


• You will play a critical role in our excellence by providing financial intelligence, insights, and recommendations that drive our overall growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.


• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.


• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.


• Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and optimize financial resources.


• Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring the company takes full advantage of tax benefits.


• Collaborate with external auditors and ensure the timely completion of audits.


• Assess and manage financial risks, recommending strategies to mitigate them.


• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in financial processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ICAN certification is compulsory


• MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.


• Proven experience as a finance leader, preferably in a technology or legal tech company.


• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.


• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.


• Leadership and team management experience.


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.


• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
