- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager.
- Handle the recruitment process by posting job ads to relevant job boards and other channels, schedule interviews, perform background checks on recruits.
- Responsible for the formulation of job roles.
- Responsible for onboarding and orientation of new staff.p
- Responsible for the formulation of KPI for performance management and appraisal of staff.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate's Degree in Human Resources and/or proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Experience on KPI formulation and performance appraisal.
