  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager.

  • Handle the recruitment process by posting job ads to relevant job boards and other channels, schedule interviews, perform background checks on recruits.

  • Responsible for the formulation of job roles.

  • Responsible for onboarding and orientation of new staff.p

  • Responsible for the formulation of KPI for performance management and appraisal of staff.


Qualifications and Skills



  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources and/or proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.

  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.

  • Experience on KPI formulation and performance appraisal.
