Complete area operational requirements by setting sales objectives for each store based on demographic analysis to achieve the area sales target.
Maintain clear and complete sales reports to track the sales flow and increase efficiency.
Analyze sales performance per category and recommend improvements, and ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures to enhance productivity in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsible for regular audit and Inventory managementeach area to ensure the availability of products and review the stock levels to meet customers’ requests and company goals.
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees to enhance the hiring process and choose the right calibers.
Initiate new sales techniques and identify new opportunities to increase the company market share and reach more customers.
Submit regular reports to regional manager to track the sales force and compare the actual vs. plan sales targets
Implement the merchandising display (VM) to meet the planogram
