Main Purpose of Position:



  • The Business Development Executive for DAREY.IO B2B Business is responsible for driving the growth of our business-to-business (B2B) sales and partnerships.

  • This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and executing strategies to increase revenue and market presence on the B2B side.


Job Reporting Relationships:


Internal Customers: CEO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Sales Lead, Marketing Team, Product Team


External Customers: B2B Clients, Strategic Partners, Industry Contacts


Key Performance Areas:



  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute effective B2B business development strategies to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in line with the company's goals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the B2B sector.

  • Revenue Growth: Implement initiatives to drive revenue growth through targeted B2B marketing campaigns, lead generation, and customer retention strategies.

  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations that can enhance our B2B business.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize the B2B sales pipeline, ensuring efficient conversion rates and accurate forecasting.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze B2B sales data to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies.

  • Budget Management: Effectively manage the B2B business development budget, ensuring maximum ROI.


Minimum Requirements:



  • Proven track record of successfully driving business development and achieving sales targets in the B2B sector.

  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and tools.

  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience in the EdTech/E-Learning industry is preferred but not mandatory.
