About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office, managing various administrative tasks, and acting as a trusted right-hand person to the CEO.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage the MD’s complex and dynamic schedule, including meetings, and appointments.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners.

  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.

  • Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and prepare minutes or action items as needed.

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate communications and interactions with stakeholders on behalf of the CEO as assigned.

  • Support the CEO in various special projects, research assignments, and initiatives.

  • Assist in tracking and following up on important tasks and projects.

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

  • Conduct research and analysis on technical and industry-related topics.

  • Prepare briefings and reports to keep the CEO informed on relevant matters.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.

  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • The position may require occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours to accommodate the CEO’s schedule.
