Position Overview:



  • As a Sales Executive at Vendease, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

  • You will play a crucial role in promoting Vendease's products and services, building strong relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the [industry/sector] who could benefit from Vendease's products and services. Use various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate new leads.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and compelling sales presentations to showcase Vendease's solutions and value proposition to potential clients. Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with prospects to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions. Maintain regular communication to nurture leads through the sales cycle.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new deals. Work towards closing sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Manage the sales pipeline efficiently and provide regular reports to sales management.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use this knowledge to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and align sales efforts with overall company goals.

  • Customer Success: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and ongoing customer satisfaction.


Requirements:



  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, and objection handling.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management.
