Job Description

• Ensure systems operate smoothly and align with quality standards.


• Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures (From Enquiry, service delivery and post service feedback).


• Support therapists to ensure high motivation, provision of high-quality service and ongoing development.


• Receive and report customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programmed improvement.


• Ensure health, safety and COSHH regulations are complied with at all times.


• Manage inventory for the spa equipment, products and disposable.


• Responsible for reporting refilling and restocking of work supplies and relevant tool servicing and repairs.


• Follow up with leads till they become paying customers.


• Manage WhatsApp line, social media page DMs and business line.


• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers.


• Develop and implement strategies to improve the client experience at all touchpoints, from booking to service completion.


• Oversee the therapists to ensure that they are providing high-quality service.


• Manage customer relationships and build loyalty.


• Develop and manage marketing campaigns to attract new clients and grow the business.


• Participate in business growth activities (events, exhibitions, market analysis etc.)


• Track marketing performance and return on investments, prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.


• Make recommendations that can improve business services and profitability.
