Job Summary


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors or other third-party service providers. This might include negotiating contracts, reviewing invoices, and ensuring that all parties involved are satisfied with the services being provided.


Functions and Responsibilities:



  • Monitor the quality of work performed by external vendors to ensure that it meets company standards

  • Review bids from vendors for new projects or contracts and recommending which bids should be accepted based on price, qualifications of the vendor, and other factors

  • Communicate with clients to help them understand project details and progress, and answering any questions they may have

  • Manage a team of employees who work with vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget requirements

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure fair payment terms and conditions

  • Manage the recruitment and training of new vendors as needed

  • Provide information about new technologies and industry trends to help improve efficiency and productivity

  • Coordinate with human resources departments to hire new staff members or terminate existing employees as needed

  • Conduct performance evaluations of external vendors to ensure they are meeting company standards

  • First Degree in any social sciences

  • MBA / MSC is mandatory

  • Professional Qualified from recognized bodies

  • 15 years and above hands-on experience

  • Working experience in a consulting firm is an advantage
